Personal information is processed for lead qualification, project engagement, service delivery, and statutory compliance reporting where applicable.

Prospective clients, current clients, project partners, and employees or contractor representatives interacting with EP-Exec systems.
4. Categories of personal information
Contact details, company details, project details, communication records, and records required for compliance and service continuity.
5. Lawful grounds for processing
Processing is based on consent (where required), legitimate interests related to business operations, and statutory obligations.
6. Transborder flows
Some service providers may host systems outside South Africa. Where this applies, EP-Exec applies appropriate safeguards and contracts for lawful cross-border processing.
7. Data subject rights (POPIA sections 23-25)
Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion where legally permitted, and may object to specific processing in line with POPIA.

9. Security measures
EP-Exec uses reasonable technical and organisational controls, including secured transport protocols, access control, and controlled system permissions.
